My double room was good sized in modern alpine style. All the staff was excellent, fixed my issues. - It had an excellent and perfect location, close to a quiet pedestrian street, the train station, and great restaurants with nice meat dishes and a bakery.

thanks very much for the perfect stay in the winter. the chalet is cheap and has a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. it has an exceptionally nice and ideal location right by the train station. there is a very nice restaurant with a unique cuisine.

The room was well-appointed with a great balcony and a view of the slopes. Fantastic location close to the main promenade with bars, restaurants, shops, and the center of Gstaad.

I loved the location of the hotel you could walk to the shops and I loved the food in the restorant all the traditional favorites fillet de perch , fondu, racklet and ice cream and you could sit and people watch , we saw some old celebrities,I wanted to book other 5 star hotels but they were closed becouse it was not the season and I only found in this hotel but I think it was a good choice , we stayed one night , we were looking at schools.

I did not like the TV channels not much choice no international channels mostly in German

Stayed here for one night. Was very inpressed. The staff are very warm and friendly. Rooms are very clean and to a high standard. Balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy morning sun.

The breakfast offered a variety of local food options. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the village center, train station, promenade, bus station, and restaurants. - the free parking provided was a great bonus.

Very good location to the town centre and adjacent to the local train station in Gstaad

Only downside was the rooms felt a little tired and could do with upgrading. Foam fold down bed sofas is not what we expected to find in the lounge of our one bedroom suite. Hotel could also benefit from a residents bar/ coffee area. This does not exist and you have to enter one of the four restaurants.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a good area, right by promenade, Montreux, and Interlaken. The rooms were new-fashioned, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the view was lovely. The location was great and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of Wispile. You guys made my stay great.

the hotel has a great location, right next to the train station and in the heart of the village. the rooms were very clean, spacious, and recently renovated with a cool design. We also enjoyed the great variety of breakfast options, with amazing ingredients. Swiss Quality exceeded our expectations and if we were to book again, we would choose this hotel. Cons: Nothing to fault. 👍.

The room we booked was fantastic and exceptionally comfortable, with a modern alpine style. the wake-up service was a nice touch. the hotel's location was great and unique, right next to the train station. There were eateries and bars nearby, including a cigar bar on site.
